Valerie Nicholls holds two honours bachelors of science degrees in Neuroscience and Integrated Science focusing towards health studies. She is also a certified Fitness Instructor Specialist and a four-time provincial figure skating champion.
Valerie has been training clients for 4 years, and prides herself in making fitness engaging, different, accessible, scientific, and results driven. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, listening to music, reading, and a good experiment!
